A stay at Casale dei Frontini is also an opportunity to discover the unique flavours of Umbrian cuisine – one of the healthiest and most genuine – following the ancient recipes of this land. A cuisine made above all with the products from our farm such as Chianina beef, extra virgin olive oil, olives, and vegetables harvested from our garden.
Under the wooden beams of our restaurant (with a maximum capacity of about 40 people), you can enjoy the tasty dishes of our cuisine, and local produce. This ranges from tagliatelle with goose sauce to Chianina steak, and from spelt soup to roast lamb, as well as many other traditional Umbrian recipes, or you can taste dried sausages, cured meats and cheeses paired with local wines (Grechetto di Todi, Sagrantino di Montefalco, etc).
Also here in the restaurant, in the morning (from 8.00 to 9.30) our guests can breakfast on croissants, torcolo (an Umbrian speciality), homemade cakes and tarts with jams, and the honey we produce ourselves.
The Casale dei Frontini restaurant also caters for non-residents but ONLY BY RESERVATION.
